Hydraulic Oils

Avalon AW – Anti-Wear Hydraulic Fluids
Avalon AW hydraulic fluids include thermally-stable additives which inhibit oxidation, protect against corrosion and protect against valve train wear. Avalon AW fluids are suitable for most hydraulic systems including forklifts, machine tools and earthmoving equipment as well as extruders, rams and presses.

Avalon HVX – High Viscosity Index Hydraulic Fluids
Avalon HVX hydraulic fluids include thermally-stable additives and are designed to feature an especially high viscosity index, making them suitable for equipment operating under high temperatures and particularly challenging conditions. Suitable for use in a wide range of mobile and stationery hydraulic equipment.

Avalon AW-NZ – Anti-Wear Zinc-Free Hydraulic Fluids
Avalon AW-NZ hydraulic fluids include thermally-stable additives which inhibit oxidation, protect against corrosion and protect against valve train wear and are specifically designed for equipment containing components with silver bearing surfaces. Suitable for wide range of mobile and stationery hydraulic equipment.

Avalon Synveco – Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluids
Avalon Synveco is a range of HEES and HETG biodegradable hydraulic fluids. VT series fluids comply with HETG specifications and are suitable for use in applications where moderate system temperatures are encountered. ST series fluids comply with HEES specifications and are suitable for use in applications where higher system temperatures are encountered. Avalon Synveco series lubricants are engineered for a wide range of environmentally sensitive applications.

Avalon HD10 Hydraulic Fluid
Avalon HD10 hydraulic fluid was originally designed to meet Caterpillar Series 3 specifications and is typically found in mobile plant hydraulic systems. It is suitable for applications where a low viscosity, monograde oil is specified and contains additives designed to prevent sludge and varnish.
